What to expect
Each 90-minute session starts with a warm-up, where we explore our voices and learn a little about how they work. Then we usually sing a popular song together before diving into our focus piece.
The focus piece has 2–3 harmonies. We practise each part separately, then bring everything together and experience how the harmonies fit.
What do we sing? A mix of well-known and local music, with a focus on pop, folk and contemporary songs.
You’ll get to know your voice better, develop your vocal skills, explore harmony and rhythm, and experience the joy of making music together in a relaxed and supportive environment.
No previous choir experience is needed, and you don’t need to read music.

Meet the music makers
Throughout the course, we’ll learn songs by local musicians — and sometimes meet the people behind them. Selected artists will be invited to visit the choir, share their music with us and hear our interpretation of their song.
